My 2026 Permission Slips

I don’t need everyone to understand my ministry for it to be worth doing

I don’t need to give energy to the non-curious

I don’t need a stage or a pulpit to preach- my life & actions are enough

I don’t need a sanctuary to share God’s love - the sacred is alive in ordinary places

I don’t need permission from ‘Big C Church’ to do church differently

I am allowed to be ALL-IN with Jesus and still make room for other ways of being and believing

I am allowed to be a church leader with doubts and questions and not feel inadequate

I am allowed to explore outside of Christianity and not feel shame or guilt

I am allowed to rest and not feel like shit

I am allowed to build and pass on a different spiritual future for my children

I am allowed to blast rap music on my way to a church event ✌️

My spiritual life can be both spacious AND grounded, wild AND rooted, experimental AND centered

I give myself permission to be enough this year

I am enough.
